To be a convenience to Town of Apache Junction area residents, these events requires put on the identical day, in the same location. Case are going to be held on the Capital of scotland - Apache Junction’s Public Works Operations Yard located at 575 E. Baseline, Apache Junction from 8AM – 12 PM on Saturday, March 17, 2012.
The Household Hazardous Waste collection is for items that typically are not deposited into your regular trash. Hard work will be created to recycle almost all of the items collected. Residents would bring using their homes hazardous waste items for instance anti-freeze (approximately 20 gallons in as much as 5 gallon containers), batteries (auto/truck and marine), oil- motor only (up to 20 gallons in around 5 gallon containers), and paint (latex & oil based, non-aerosol), and passenger, light-truck and semi-truck tires (rims will never be accepted). Variety of hazardous waste and tires won't have charge.
Household linen are any large ho
usehold appliances like refrigerators, ac units, freezers, stoves, washing machines, clothes dryers and related. All refrigerators and freezers should be emptied of food before they'll be accepted. The presentation is free, apart from appliances which use freon, for which there'll be a disposal fee of $10 per item.
Electronic Recycling are items for instance PC’s, Laptops, CRT Monitors, Lcd Monitors, Modems, Switches, Power Cords, Printers, Wire and Cabling, Mice, Keyboards, Hard Drives, Floppy, DVD, CD Drives, telephones, cellular phones, printers, fax machines , copiers, calculators, typewriters, printer cartridge, televisions, stereos, radios, amplifiers, projectors, satellite, cable equipment, video equipment, VCR’s, CD Players, game equipment, microwaves, toaster ovens etc.
Goods that won't be accepted are furniture, lamps, and small appliances, or any items from businesses or commercial interests.
The event is open to Capital of scotland - Apache Junction area residents. Participants have the effect of transporting materials to the City collection site and will be asked to demonstrate evidence of residency.
